Diving into Fire Cider herb #2- Garlic 🧄
Most of you use garlic often in the kitchen and it is a staple ingredient in my Fire Cider for so many reasons. But, did you know you should crush or chop your garlic up at least 10 minutes before using it! When fresh garlic is chopped or crushed, the enzyme alliinase converts alliin into allicin, which is not only responsible for the aroma of fresh garlic but also what gives us it’s amazing antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, protects the heart, reduces cholesterol, and so much more! 💚🧄

Elderberry syrup DIY kits are perfect for seasonal allergies! Each kit comes with about 2 months worth of servings (for a single adult). Super simple, just add the contents of the bag to boiling water. Reduce to a simmer for about an hour. Strain, add honey to taste, and bam! All natural seasonal allergy relief 😎☀️
